1. Non-Refundable Tickets
   All ticket sales are final under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Tickets are non-refundable except as required by consumer guarantees (ss 259–261) or if the event is cancelled by the organiser. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, personal circumstances, or non-attendance.
2. Children and Parental Responsibility
   Attendees under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the behaviour, safety, and welfare of minors in their care under the Civil Liability Act 2003 (Qld). The organiser accepts no responsibility for unsupervised children or any loss, damage, or injury resulting from lack of supervision.
3. Alcohol Consumption
   This is a licensed event held under the Liquor Act 1992 (Qld). Alcohol will only be served to attendees aged 18 years and over who provide valid photo identification upon request. Service will be refused to intoxicated, aggressive, or disorderly persons in accordance with ss 155–156 of the Liquor Act 1992 (Qld). Supplying alcohol to a minor or consuming alcohol as a minor is an offence.
4. Food Allergies and Sensitivities
   Under the Food Act 2006 (Qld), the organiser takes reasonable steps to ensure food safety. However, it is the attendee’s responsibility to notify the organiser at least thirty (30) days before the event of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. Failure to do so may result in the organiser being unable to accommodate those needs. The organiser is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from consumption.
5. Photography and Media
   By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and recordings may be used by the organiser for promotional or archival purposes in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
